Scope and Contents One buckle once owned by George Wythe. It was converted into a brooch. The buckle is of a silver-colored metal and has forty-three square-cut ruby-colored rhinestones or stones. There are spaces where three are missing. It is generally believed the stones were added after Wythe's connection to the buckle.
