Scope and Contents The following description was excerpted from a note by the seller: "Two scrapbooks, 1928-1948, of  Owen Jarboe, General Traffic Supervisor of the Associated Telephone Co. and later of the US Army Signal Corps.  Included are newspaper clippings, greeting cards, correspondence and photographs.
