Indenture between Henry Banks, Richmond, Virginia (heir of John Banks) and Ichabod Burnet, late of Charleston, South Carolina with Nathaniel Greene of Charleston for land sold by John McQueen of Charleston for lots in Brunswick, Georgia. Signed by Henry Banks. Notarized by Archibald Blair, Notary Public in Richmond, Virginia and John Harvie, Mayor of Richmond. January 1786. Includes a paper seal and partial red wax seal.

Writ from the King's Court in Dublin, Ireland, to the Sheriff of the County of Carlow, Ireland, 28 November 1809, ordering that John Trustouthy relinquish possession of Thomas Loveland's farm and pay 100 pounds for damages, signed by H. Butler and Robert Hobart, 4th Earl of Buckinghamshire, Clerk of the Pleas of Exchequer, with affidavit signed by John Cornwall, Sheriff, testifying that conveyance of the farm was carried out on verso.
Edward Snickers Land Transactions
One handwritten document which includes a copy of a 1785 bond whereby Martin Ashby of Louisa County agrees to pay one thousand pounds to George Noble of Frederick County, Virginia for 350 acres; a 1784 bond to Edward Snickers for an exchange of land between Snickers and Ashby for 306 acres in Frederick County and 350 acres in Loudoun County; and letters from Edward Snickers about his land transactions with Ashby.
