Pleased that Judge Nelson was appointed professor of law. Reports that Mr. Custis and Molly Fitzhugh were to marry. Amazed, considering the reports of his vices. Mr. Daingerfield will keep Johnny (slave) and Bob gives much satisfaction. Mrs. White and Miss Smith are better, also the Bushes.
