Self has given up visit to South Carolina mentioned in last letter by Miss Hornsby. Business has increased due to vacancies at bar, viz.: Captain Bowyer and Mr. Holmes. Would like to exchange venison for oysters. Mr. Heiskell got up six bushels of oysters by wagoner from Richmond.
