Encloses note for small sum overdue from Captain William Green, son of Colonel Green, which asks Tucker to obtain. Congress still at Princeton. Robert Morris will campaign for Philadelphia since he has more wicked influence here. He had expected to be prime minister. Potomac and Delaware are competitors for permanent residence of Congress.
