Biographical Information:

Charles E. Lipscomb attended the College of William and Mary 1888-1890. While a student, he was a founding member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity chapter at William and Mary. Lipscomb was from Prince William County, Virginia. He spent most of his career as a publisher, principally Parke, Austin & Lipscomb, Inc. in New York City.
