Scope and Contents
Regrets that they will be unable to publish his contemplated work [Two Civilizations Emanating From Jamestown and Plymouth Rock]; it will be a great work and a time will come when there will be a great demand for it, but that time is not now; the whole South and Democratic mind of the country is prostrate; abolition rules there now; doesn't believe he will find a publisher in the North; but don't despair time will make all things equal in the end. 1 p.
