Mrs. Washington communicated enclosed proposition of sisters of Pennsylvania. Same sentiments displayed in Maryland. Undertakes duty of handing forward scheme. Countrywomen have opportunity of participating. Encloses papers to be disposed of as she thinks proper. On Back: Rich. Williams, J? Scott Colman, William Parsons. (handwriting different).
