Southall in legal case with Richardson Hubbard, E.B. Lindsey, Roscow Cole, Jacob Sheldon and Walter W. Webb; 1839 bond from Lucius Cary and Edward A. Semple, Merchants, to John T. Semple, trustee for Edmund Taylor; 1841 bond assigned to George W. Southall for Samuel F. Bright from Scervant Jones and William S. Jones to Richard R. Garrrett about the delivery of "two negro women Sary and ? Nellie;" 1845 Indenture between Sidney A. Sands (daughter of deceased father, Thomas Sands) and George W. Southall; 1845 deed from Cary Wilkinson to William Howard; 1846 deed from Robert Stanard, administrator of Adam Craig to George W. Southall; 1849 note from Samuel Bright to George W. Southall regarding a bond. 1851 deed from Robert and Helen M. Anderson to George W. Southall for land called "Kentucky" in York County which was part of the estate of William A. Sheild. August 16, 1851 deed between William H. Sheild, executor of Samuel Sheild and George W. Southall and Robert Anderson for sale of land in Kentucky.
