A wooden plaque with a letter printed on the front. The letter is on a parchment background that is outlined in gold. The text is in black script font.  The letter encourages the 1991 William and Mary Presidential Search Committee to select a president who will not only perform in the position well, but will also represent the College in every aspect. The letter is signed "With respect and confidence, Joe Neilson, Class of 1967." Joe Neilson was a member of the William and Mary Varsity Football team. Transferred from Athletics Department (Football). UA 2011.535.01
