Scope and Contents
Authorization of the commission for executing the office of Lord High Admiral of England to Sir Thomas Dykes of Shoram in the Count of Sussex "to administer and tender said oaths and the test to Sir John Pelham kn & Vice Admiral for the County of Sussex." Oaths of allegiance and supremacy. Signed by John Vaughan, earl of Carbery, John Lowther, John Chicheley. 1 p. DS.
