Scope and Contents

At the first muster of the Wheeling Light Infantry, ensign of the company made known his intention to decline serving in the company in the capacity of an officer longer than five years from the date of his commissions. Company elected a replacement, John Richardson and recommended him to be appointed. Includes Archibald Woods, listing possible officers.
