Appoints Woods president of a court-martial to try James G. Laidley for disorderly behaviour and disobedience of orders at the 113th Regiment. "Also for conspiring with his subaltern officers previous to said muster to be disorderly on the day of said muster." Includes Benjamin Biggs, certifying he did employ John Finney to summons the officers to attend the trial of Laidley.
