Scope and Contents
A two page resolution passed by the Student Assembly at the Senate Meeting of November 16, 1971, calling upon the Vice-President of Academic Affairs at William & Mary to establish Black and African Studies programs, and expressing their displeasure with the graduation speaker who was chosen over the class pick of Charles Evers.
