Hughes, U. S. Judge of the Eastern District of Virginia. Signed by W. G. Jones, Secretary and Benjamin S. Ewell, President. Affixed to the resolution is the Temple Seal, which includes the phoenix but not the Latin wording. Roach, Robert M. Perkins, J. Lesslie Hall, Jr. - Committee of the Class of '09) Of note is the Temple Seal affixed to the front page in orange. "The College of William and Mary in Virginia" is in Latin and placed in a circle around the Temple.
