Letters, 1816-1819, received by Mark Taylor, a farmer at Genito, Powhatan County, Va. Includes letters from family members including Matthew Taylor of Monroe County, Va. [now W. Va.] and James Taylor (working as an overseer.)

ALS from Robert Barraud Taylor, to unnamed recipient regarding the case of Godwin vs Baxter involving the theft of a ship Venus and the effect of testimony on a jury. Dated October 5, 1810.

Letters, primarily 1867-1880, written to Thomas Taylor of "Woodlawn," Goochland Co., Va., from his daughter Sarah C. (Taylor) Hatcher and son-in-law David A. Hatcher of Missouri. The letters concern family business and reflect financial difficulties. Includes reports and correspondence, 1877- 1888, of Taylor who served as the clerk of the First School District in Goochland County.

Papers, 1797-1850, of the Tazewell family. Includes letter, 1797, written by Samuel H. Smith to Henry Tazewell concerning his paper, The Universal Gazette and discussing foreign affairs; and letters, 1804-1850, written by Henry S. Foote and William Nelson, Jr. to Littleton Waller Tazewell; and one anonymous letter addressed to Tazewell and John Tyler (1790-1862) concerning army promotions.

Journal, 1852-1857, of [?] Teawalt, Cedar Point [Mill], containing accounts for wool carding and dyeing.  Per 1850 census, many customers from Shenandoah County, Virginia.

Ledger, 1869-1878, of Thomas C. Jones of the firms of Jones & Brooks, coal and wood dealers, and T. C. Jones & Co., tobacconists, of Richmond, Va.

Campaign material relating to political elections in the Williamsburg area, Virginia state races, and United States Senate, Congressional, and Presidential races. Thomas was a delegate for the Virginia State Convention in 2012 and a volunteer for the 53rd Inaugural Presidential Ceremonies. This collection includes badges from her involvement with the political process, pamphlets, bumper stickers, pins, and campaign material for the Democratic party.

Letters, 1908-1911, of Katie Pollock Thomas and Elmer Thomas of Danville, Virginia. Primarily consists of postcards written to Katie Pollock before her marriage to Elmer Thomas and postcards written to Elmer Thomas before his marriage to Katie Pollock. Includes holiday cards and picture postcards from friends traveling to various locations across the country. Collection includes 5 leather postcards.

Very little content in postcards. Letters are fragile.

Papers, 1852-1870, of Jacob Thomas, Staunton, Va. while serving as administrator of the estates of Daniel and Henry Thomas. Includes accounts and legal documents.

Papers, 1851-1867, of James Thomas, Jr., a tobacco dealer in Richmond, Va. mainly concerned with the tobacco trade and prices in the Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Baltimore markets. Consists of correspondence and financial papers.

The collection includes photographs, negatives, slides, film, postcards, ephemera, correspondence and artifacts belonging to Thomas L. Williams, photographer for William & Mary for 35 years. He was also a photographer for Camp Peary and Colonial Williamsburg prior to working for William & Mary.

Letter copybook, 1798-1799, of Thomas Ladd, tobacco merchant of Richmond, Va. Later, the volume was used as a scrapbook for newspaper clippings, 1841-1862, by Alice Starke.

Mathematics notebook, circa 1820-1822, of Thomas P. Watkins, a student at the College of William and Mary. Includes Watkins' notes on plane trigonometry, likely taught by Ferdinand Stewart Campbell. Includes theorems, proofs, and corollaries, as well as drawings which illustrate each of them.
