The inventory is a guide to Mss. Acc. 1999.48 which is the postcard collection documenting pre-restoration Williamsburg, restored Williamsburg, Jamestown, the College of William and Mary, the University of Virginia, and cities, towns, and holidays in Virginia. Also includes clippings, articles, photographs, programs, and souvenir publications.

Pollard Family Postcard Album
Bound album with a purple velvet cover originally intended to house cabinet cards. Consists instead of postcards pasted to the pages, two per page. Postcards depict scenes from Williamsburg, Yorktown, Richmond, Charlottesville and surrounding areas. Also features notable Virginian men, landmarks, and homes in and around the Virginia area. The album was compiled for the Pollard family of Cumnor, King and Queen County, Virginia.

Virginia Postcards
William and Mary Postcard Featuring Wren Building, circa 1900
Undated postcard which features the campus of William and Mary. The wren building is in the center along with partial views of the President's house and the Brafferton. The statue of Lord Botetourt is also visible. Behind the campus buildings are three buildings of unknown origin. It is possible they were drawn in to the picture for aesthetic purposes.
