Scope and Contents This collection contains stereoviews, lantern slides, and other photographic materials collected by Kelvin Ramsey. The stereoviews were distributed by various companies, including Melander and Brothers, Keystone and Company, Bell and Brother, and D.H. Anderson. Twelve letters with envelopes, a total of 26 pages. All the letters are addressed to Hilda or Hildagarde Pabst. Five of the letters were sent to her while she was at William and Mary, the others were to addresses around Richmond. The bulk of the letters are signed "Frank." One is signed "Mille," and her father Dr. Rudolph Pabst sent the rest from a hospital in Philadelphia.

Scope and Contents 100 photographic prints on stereo cards (stereographs, b&w ; 9 x 18 cm. in case 19 x 19 cm) from the Keystone View Company's Stereographic Library Series (Rare Book Call No. D522 .W67). Scope and Contents This collection contains a full set of stereoviews from the Keystone View Company's "Tour of the World" series.  The set includes stereoview images from six continents, excluding Antarctica. Scope and Contents

The photograph is of George O. Ennis, a photographer and Civil War (1861-1865) soldier in Virginia's 19th Infantry. The photograph is a carte de visite (cdV) which is a type of small photograph patented in Paris, France by photographer André Adolphe Eugène Disdéri in 1854, although first used by Louis Dodero. In the photograph, Ennis is wearing a suit with a striped bow-tie The photograph was produced in 1872 by the C.R. Rees & Co. studio in Richmond, Virginia.
