Scope and Contents

Photograph album of travels to Costa Rica including images of nature, landscapes, Easter Parade, Thanksgiving festivities, and multiple snap shots of the group who made the sojourn.  The beginning of the album shows the boat they travelled aboard along with images of Moro Castle in Havana, Cuba, a stop made enroute. There are also a few pages that feature Charles Lindbergh and the Spirit of St. Louis when he visited the country in Jan, 1928.

Scope and Contents The William Ross Schermerhorn papers contains materials that document the personal and professional career of William Ross Schermerhorn. Papers primarily document Schermerhorn's work for Macys as well as Colonial Williamsburg.
