Mr. Waggaman say Mr. Tyler will give him an office, but when asked if he [Tyler?] could get ones for Robert and John [Tyler?], he [Tyler?] replied "An office under Government is the graven of Talent" and Waggaman replied with "Thank you for wishing to bury mine."
