Scope and Contents One felt orange and black pennant that reads "William & Mary" in orange. The pennant was once owned by Giles B. Cooke, class of 1923. On the left side of the pennant, there is a depiction of the College Seal. The seal has a Roman temple in the middle with four pillars and the sun rising above the temple. Surrounding the temple are the words "Sig. Collegi Gulielmi et Marie in Virginia," which translates to "The College of William and Mary" in Latin. The pennant is...
