Scope and Contents Three small photographs were enclosed with Charles Burleigh’s letter dated 1943 October 9; these three have annotations indicating “Arab Woman of Better Type, July 1943”, “Arab Begger [sic], July 1943”, and “Charles A, Burleigh, Capt.
