Signed by John Hopkins,witnessed by Dudley Digges, Mathew Hubbard, John Chiswell, John Anderson, Thomas Nash, George Holden, Henry Whitborn, William Dawson, and Samuel Cobb. London. September 16, 1732. On vellum. Includes red wax seal. Ink has faded.
