Scope and Contents

Collection of 21 glass slides depicting various scenes from the First World War in France. Images include fox holes, fortification, soldiers in and around camp, and snow scenes. Some of the slides are numbered and some detail in French location and date descriptions. The individual slides are described below. 1. Alsace Panorama 2. Winter scene 3. La Chillette trench scene 4.
