We all to Dorothia Kellogg’s birthday supper.” “April 17th, John telephoned to Thompsonville to Brainerd. Ray and John loaded hay in A.M. and Roy took it to Sullivan in P.M. John raked tobacco beds. I went with Ann to Broad Brook in P.M.” “August 11th, John and Jack shingled shed and Roy hauled manure. I worked at Arthur’s. John went for Ethel, Gladys, Vina and Helen at night. Louie’s horse here.” “September 30th, Roy hauled manure and John finished setting up corn. John picked peas and grapes in A.M. We all went to supper at the church.”"
