Brown of Ohio and F.W Bowden of Alabama; invitation to Ritchie to address the Spartan Band and many of his old friends in Richmond. Enclosed is a letter October 23, 1848 from N.M.M. to Thomas Ritchie re speeches given by Bowden and Brown. 4 pp. ALS.
