Scope and Contents

Re: vast acreage of land in Nansemond County surveyed in 1791 and entered in Surveyor’s book, Norfolk, in name of James Murdough and Daniel Fisher (20,000 acres). Entry was first made in 1783 with Andrew Stewart, and later Col. Charles Connor; asks Blow to “have inventory made in the names of Thomas Edmonds and John T. Blow who are the right and only owners of these warrants”
