Will communicate the enclosures of Washington's last letter to Colonel Edward Carrington and Colonel William Heth when they arrive in town; comments upon the elections and the unexpected defeat of Colonel George Hancock and Major Haywood; discusses the composition of the new state legislature; and upon France's declaration of war upon Austria and its consequences.
