Scope and Contents
Ledger, 1849-1850, scrapbook, 1867-1868, and scrapbook of the murder trial of Frank C. Almy, 1891-1892. This volume was originally a ledger, 1849-1850, of what seems to be a general store in New Hampshire. An unknown person then pasted in newspaper clippings, 1867-1868, relating to politics, such as the presidential campaign of Ulysses S. Grant, as well as poems and stories. There are then clipping, 1891-1892, relating to the murder trial of Frank C. Almy in New Hampshire.
