Scope and Contents

Mr. Oakford's letter to him [CE] was written without knowing the service on Route No. 2737 had been suspended; an office was established at Waddell's Store therefore service there should be reinstated; Willcox Wharf is the starting point not Swineyards; he [CE] will be compensated for any deliveries made before learning of the suspension of the service. 1 p.
