Scope and Contents Training manual, newspapers, certificate, memos and correspondence. In September, 1969, Thomas Nelson Pugh had an unexplained grand mal seizure and began behaving oddly and was sent stateside for treatment. Per his correspondence in the following folders, he seems greatly improved by December 1969.
