Copies of his talk to the "Assembly of Williamsburg-James City County Schools" and at the newly opened Williamsburg Memorial Community Center in 1959. Includes letters from the Williamsburg Regional Library thanking Mr. and Mrs. Pugh for creating the "Mark C. and Carol B. Pugh Perpetual Book Fund (PBF), 2000 and letter regarding donation of "Our Pugh Family Lineage" to the Library of Virginia Foundation in 2002.
