Scope and Contents Has written to help him clear Jerdone's father's name concerning the remittance of a bill; claims both Jerdone's father and Mr. Holt remitted the same bill and now the man is trying to claim that neither did; requests that Jerdone look up his father's ledgers on this man's account; has seen Mr. Macaulay and is anxious to see Jerdone; will meet him whenever Jerdone can be in either Richmond or Hanovertown.
