Including ALS from William Horner, Liverpool, England to "Sir" (William Allason, Falmouth, Virginia), October 25, 1773, concerning the means of shipping his goods, the Cambridge having been put ashore going out; feared the other part of his order would be too late going out but as strong westerly winds kept all ships from sailing for two months it did not. 2pp.
