Topics covered include Rose’s frequent attendance to church services, public lectures, and social clubs; housework; leisure activities; social calls; and small trips across the Northeast to visit acquaintances. She specifies her involvement with the [S.M.C.], the Armstrong League [of Hampton Workers?], prayer meetings, book clubs, missionary societies, county meetings, and teachers meetings.
