Contains August 27, 1945 letter to Lieutenant Commander H. T. Healy, USNR, in which Duke expresses disgust at the United States' decision to drop the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and argues that U.S. had lost moral high ground in WWII.
