Letter from Samuel Pepys to “My Lord” about his arrangements made with Captain Salmon on behalf of the King “for transporting the Muscovite envoy to Licoorne.” December 5, 1687. A typed transcript of the letter and an engraving of Samuel Pepys is included. These items are glued on pages in a red leather bound book made especially for the collection.
