Henry Trenwith Authorization for Elizabeth Trenwith, 1753, 1755
Scope and Contents
Henry Trenwith, before leaving for the East-indies, appoints Elizabeth Trenwith to receive “two months’ pay of my Wages Yearly…during the whole time of my being forth.” Dated November 3, 1753 with notation on reverse, “Months paid the 10 January 1755…” Document is glued to a paper backing.
