Family recovering from the measles; concerned that brother and his family may move to Florida; sends condolences to enslaved person named Johnson, little news other than domestic concerns; misses family and hopes to see them but uncertain of when could visit; likens baby daughter Elizabeth to other relatives; asks parents to address next letter to husband, J. Goodman, if they want J. to write them in return. 2pp. ALS.
