Scope and Contents This series contains letters, newsclippings, and audiocassette tapes relating to the work of writer Frank Shatz. This accession includes letters written by Frank Shatz, newspaper articles relating to Shatz' column "World Focus" in 2013, and interviews with Eileen Rockefller, Colin Campbell, president of Colonial Williamsburg, and Tim O'Brien, a writer.

The paper part of this collection is open to all researchers. The audio cassette tapes are closed/restricted. Manuscript collections and archival records may contain materials with sensitive or confidential information that is protected under federal or state right to privacy laws and regulations, such as the Virginia Public Records Act (Code of Virginia. § 42.1-76-91); and the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (Code of Virginia § 2.2-3705.5).
