[Note: Elizabeth Galt (1779-1807), the daughter of Gabriel and Elizabeth (Ege) Galt of Richmond and sister of Mary Dorothea Galt who married Dr. Alexander D. Galt, married Thomas Williamson (1777-1846) and was the mother of Capt. Gabriel Galt Williamson and Dr. John Galt Williamson. See Galt Genealogy, I. A. 1. c, p.1].
