Enclosed description of Cobbes Tract and deed from S.W. Jones to J.T. Brown for 25 acres in Bedford County, Va. (Deed filed in Real Estate folder). August 28, 1906 J.R. Tucker to J.T. Brown Bedford, Va. Regarding deeds for the Jones and Cobbes tracts. Hope you will make president of VPI, but concentrate on your farm.
