Survey entries and reports usually include date, general location, measurements and description of the work, and name of person for whom the surveying work was done. A few entries are in William Cabell's hand. Note: these are not complete entries--i.e. 101, 114, 214, etc.--may have been written by Dr. William Cabell (1699-1774) after he returned from England in 1741.
