Topics include reviews of his book, "History of the Religious Society of Friends, from its rise to the yar 1828," articles on other publications on the Society of Friends and obituaries for Samuel M. Janney. Includes a letter from S.M. Janney to T. E. Zell, dated 1865, about the publication of volume 4 of his book.
