Letters sent by Kibler's parents during her time at Bridgewater College in Rockingham County, VA and at the State Teacher's College in Harrisonburg, VA. Subsequent letters discuss her new career teaching in Front Royal, VA. Topics generally include farm life, local gossip, family news, and concern that Kibler has enough money, is getting enough food, and is healthy.
