Scope and Contents Letters to W. H. E. Morecock while he was the Secretary to the Board of Visitors at the College of William & Mary. Letters are mostly from board members, often newly elected members. January 10, 1890 letter from Lyon G. Tyler about an expenditure in 1888 and 1889.
