Items sold by the store include calico, sail cloth, thread, and clothing. They also sold food items such as eggs, cakes, fruit, and many other food staples as well as household tools and supplies like nails, oil, and shingles. Tobacco and whiskey were also sold to various residents who purchased from the store.
