Scope and Contents I interviewed Dr. Frederic Tate in Swem Library’s Burger Conference Room on a summer afternoon. Dr. Tate has lived in Williamsburg for 27 years, working during that time as a psychologist at Eastern State Hospital and, during the late '80s and '90s, an adjunct faculty member of the Psychology department.
