Contains lists of customers, how much they paid, the types of wood used, and the services that they received. Services received include grinding corn, cutting wood, and building items such as fence posts, sleds, flooring, and other items.

Scope and Contents Journals, 1803-1804, of Henry Robinson, merchant and mill owner, [Brunswick Mills, Virginia?] which contains accounts of a grist mill, foundry, saw mill, and a general store. Per 1810 census, many names from the Botetourt County area of Virginia.

Calvin Hobart Account Book

Scope and Contents Account book, 1808-1839, kept by Calvin Hobart, a cabinet maker, grain mill builder, and craftsman. Hobart moved from Vermont to Ohio in 1821, and then on to Schuyler County, Illinois in 1822. Listed in the account book are transactions recording payment for tables, chair frames, cradles, agricultural produce, horse pasturage, and labor. The book begins with approximately 40 pages of accounts, then the next 50 pages are blank, and the remaing section of the book contains more accounts.
